Very Powerful! It's a 1998 film and has won numerous awards. Right now, I'm wondering why haven't come across this movie before. It really blew me away. And the soundtrack and cinematography...simply wonderful! I can't write a proper review right now since I'm really tired... but I just had to make a "review" for this film right away..even if it's a very crude one. Please watch it.
