Aeon Flux Pilot.avi

first Aeon short (season 1). I would really want to upload the season 3 videos of Aeon but the file size is too big. If I have time maybe I'll cut them into two parts.... I really want to share those because they have more or less the "story" of Aeon and there's dialogue between characters already.

Aeon is my favorite cartoon character and I really like the chemistry between her and Trevor Goodchild. Hope you'll like this video

Volta

This is the latest album of Bjork. I still like the songs in her older albums better but I'm starting to like some of the songs here. Listening to Bjork is sort of an acquired taste but once you understand and truly hear her songs you'll see beauty in them. My fave here so far is I see who you are. Oh and the last song is not part of this album, I just wanted to upload it as

The Red Violin

Very Powerful! It's a 1998 film and has won numerous awards. Right now, I'm wondering why haven't come across this movie before. It really blew me away. And the soundtrack and cinematography...simply wonderful! I can't write a proper review right now since I'm really tired... but I just had to make a "review" for this film right away..even if it's a very crude one. Please watch it.

Violin

I've just finished reading this novel last night and I must say it's one of the weirdest stories I've read so far. The story is set in the 1990's in New Orleans, wherein Triana, a grief-stricken widow is haunted by an aristocratic ghost from the 19th century, Stefan. I wouldn't go in to details about the plot so I wouldn't spoil it for those who are interested in reading it. The events in the story are presented in a non-linear manner... a bit like how Gabriel Garcia Marquez writes. My advice is, when reading this book that is, you should not rationalize or over analyze the things that you encounter in the story, so as not to get confused or get all worked up....just accept everything. The story was also written in a very detailed manner, so this book is definitely not for those who, pardon my words, lack imagination. I really like how Ann Rice characterized Stefan, it definitely made me want to find more about him rather than Triana. I also liked how Ann Rice depicted the love-hate rel...

Utada Hikaru - final distance .mpg

This is one of my favorite music videos. It's kind of dark and has this sort of bohemian feel which I like most about it. And I especially like the piano arrangement of this song. I don't like the ending of the video that much though.

Drawing Restraint 9

OMG! This movie is so weird! It's definitely not for everyone...I guess even for me. I liked the tea ceremony part though, with all the utensils made of shells and all. I also liked the gift wrapping part. But to be honest I didn't understand the movie until I read what its all about in bjork.com. And I kind of appreciated the movie because of what I've read. But I do commend Mathew Barney for being so creative as to come up with the weirdest film I have ever seen. It's like he's the only one who can come up with ideas like that. Bjork definitely found her match! hahaha!!!
